Academic Admission

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in natural sciences or engineering with a final grade better than the German grade 'good'. The degree must comprise at least 180 ECTS credits and six theoretical semesters. A compulsory practical semester or industrial internship of at least 18 weeks during the Bachelor's studies is required. At least 10 ECTS in physics must be documented. Applicants who do not fully meet the requirements may qualify through an oral entrance examination assessing mathematics, physics, semiconductor fundamentals, and industrial experience.

APS Certificate

An APS certificate is required for applicants who have completed their qualifying education in India, China, or Vietnam.
