We strongly recommend English language skills at level C1 (CEFR)! Applicants must prove their English language proficiency at level B2 (CEFR). Applicants with an English-language university entrance qualification are considered to have the necessary language skills. Applicants with a German-language university entrance qualification must provide evidence of English language skills at level B2 (CEFR) on the basis of the university entrance qualification or a certificate within the scope of the application. To ensure linguistic flexibility when communicating with other students and living in Germany, German language skills at level A2 are required. This must be proven by a corresponding certificate within 12 months after the start of the degree programme. Academic Admission
A Bachelor’s degree or German Diplom degree in one of the following fields: industrial engineering, engineering, business, or logistics degree grade of 2.5 or better 210 ECTS credits, 180 ECTS credits possible under specific conditions; for details, please refer to the study and examination regulations Engineering: in particular, fundamental skills/knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, engineering mechanics, material science, and construction (minimum of 20 ECTS credit points) Business: above all, fundamental knowledge in the fields of general business administration, private business law, as well as internal and external accounting (minimum of 20 ECTS credit points) If the requirements mentioned above are met, admission is also possible with another German or foreign higher education degree considered equal https://international.thws.de/en/thws-international/ways-to-thws/incoming-full-time-students/admission-requirements/
