Academic Admission

Prerequisites for admission to the double-degree programme are a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and enrolment at TU Ilmenau or PUCP in Lima. Applications for the double-degree programme are submitted with a letter of motivation addressed to the responsible examination board. Participants in the double-degree programme will be selected and admitted by a committee consisting of representatives from both universities. In cases where there are several applicants, the grade point average, foreign language skills, and level of preparation will be decisive factors. Early familiarity with the language of the partner country and participation in study-related language courses are recommended.

APS Certificate

An APS certificate is required for applicants who have completed their qualifying education in India, China, or Vietnam.
