Academic Admission
For all applicants : A higher education entrance qualification for German universities is required ("Hochschulzugangsberechtigung (HZB)"), i.e. either general higher education entrance qualification ("Abitur") or university of applied sciences entrance qualification ("Fachhochschulreife"). For academic credentials (certificates) obtained outside of Germany, an application for recognition is necessary. Additionally , for applicants from outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and without a German higher education entrance qualification: Motivation letter in English language Curriculum vitae in tabulated format, written in English language Scholastic aptitude test: SAT or TestAS (Core Test and Engineering Module) Further information on the academic admission requirements can be found here .
