Academic Admission

In order to be admitted to the LLM programme of the Faculty of Law at Kiel University, the student must have obtained a law degree at a foreign university that corresponds to the first examination law degree obtained after successfully completing a law degree programme at a German university, or he/she must have successfully completed an academic degree programme with a focus in international or European law at a foreign university that corresponds to an academic degree programme at a German university (with a Master’s degree).

An APS certificate is required for applicants who have completed their qualifying education in India, China, or Vietnam.
