Academic Admission

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in communication science, journalism studies, media studies, or a closely related discipline with a standard period of study of at least six semesters. At least 70 ECTS credits must have been earned in communication science, journalism studies, or media studies, including a minimum of 10 ECTS in communication science theories and approaches and at least 20 ECTS in empirical research methods. Of these, at least 5 ECTS must be in statistics. Up to 10 ECTS may come from practical media and communication courses. All credits must be clearly documented in transcripts and course overviews.

APS Certificate

An APS certificate is required for applicants who have completed their qualifying education in India, China, or Vietnam.
